Blade of the Immortal
ActionAdventureDramaFantasy140 min
Cursed with immortality after a legendary battle, samurai Manji takes on a brutal promise: protect a young girl and help her hunt the swordsmen who murdered her parents. Takuya Kimura is Manji, a killer burdened by his past and trapped in a body that refuses to die; Hana Sugisaki's Rin gives his violence a target and his wandering life a purpose. Their path through feudal Japan leads straight to Anotsu (Sota Fukushi), the ruthless head of a powerful sword school, as the pair move from one clash to the next in a revenge story steeped in blood, steel, and the supernatural.
