Alcatraz
ActionCrimeDramaMysterySci-FiThriller43 min per episode
San Francisco detective Rebecca Madsen is pulled into a murder case when a fingerprint points to an Alcatraz inmate who vanished decades earlier. Sarah Jones's Rebecca has her own ties to the prison, which makes the mystery personal fast. She teams with Alcatraz historian and conspiracy-minded novelist Diego “Doc” Soto, with Jorge Garcia bringing an offbeat counterweight, while government agent Emerson Hauser (Sam Neill) seems to know far more than he says. As more notorious prisoners reappear in present-day San Francisco without having aged, the investigation keeps circling back to 1963 and the prison’s buried history.
