In 1979, a group of young filmmakers heads to rural Texas to shoot an adult movie on a secluded farm, keeping the production quiet from the reclusive elderly couple who own the property. Mia Goth is Maxine, one of the crew members caught at the center of the unraveling trip, alongside Jenna Ortega in the ensemble of performers and filmmakers. What begins with a van, camera gear, and a makeshift set turns dangerous once their hosts realize what’s happening on their land, turning the isolated farmhouse into a trap.
