Power Ballad
ComedyDramaMusical98 min
Rick is a past-his-prime wedding singer whose life shifts when a gig brings him together with Danny, a fading boy-band star. After a late-night jam session, one of Rick’s songs becomes the hit that puts Danny back in the spotlight. Paul Rudd is Rick, a working musician who sees a long-missed chance at recognition suddenly slip out of his hands, while Nick Jonas’s Danny rides the comeback the song creates. Their bond over music gives way to a tense fight over credit, ambition, and how far Rick will go to reclaim what he believes is his.
