A Christmas Carol

ActionAdventureAnimationComedyDramaFamilyFantasy96 min

On Christmas Eve in the 19th century, Ebenezer Scrooge, a miser who meets every kindness with contempt, is visited by the ghost of his old partner and then by three spirits who force him to face his past, his present, and the future taking shape around him. Jim Carrey is Scrooge in Robert Zemeckis’s animated adaptation, with Gary Oldman’s Bob Cratchit and Colin Firth’s cheerful nephew among the people living under his bitterness. As the visions pile up, Scrooge is pushed to reckon with the life he has made and what may be waiting for him if nothing changes.
