Norbit
ComedyRomance103 min
Norbit (Eddie Murphy), a mild-mannered man abandoned as a child at a Chinese restaurant-orphanage, has spent most of his life getting pushed around — now by his domineering wife, Rasputia. When his childhood sweetheart returns to town, Thandiwe Newton's Kate brings back the future he thought he'd lost, and Norbit starts plotting a way out of the marriage that trapped him. The story follows his effort to reconnect with Kate while untangling himself from the life he's been stuck in.
