Rick and Evelyn O’Connell are back in 1930s Egypt, now married with a young son, when Alex discovers the Bracelet of Anubis, an artifact tied to the Scorpion King’s power. Brendan Fraser’s Rick and Rachel Weisz’s Evelyn are pulled into another clash with the supernatural after the resurrected Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo) goes after the bracelet and kidnaps Alex to claim an otherworldly army. The search sends the O’Connells from London to desert ruins and ancient battlegrounds, with Evelyn’s brother Jonathan along for the trouble and the legend of the Scorpion King hanging over everything.
