Debra Messing is Kat Ellis, heading to London for her younger sister’s wedding with an ex-fiancé in the bridal party and no date of her own. To avoid family scrutiny and show Jeffrey she’s moved on, Kat hires a charming escort named Nick; Dermot Mulroney gives him the smooth confidence of someone used to fitting in anywhere. What starts as a carefully arranged weekend pose gets complicated once they’re surrounded by old history, wedding expectations, and the version of Kat that her family still thinks they know.
