Captain Matt Hendricks, the U.S. Navy's top Marine Special Operations commander, is stuck aboard a submarine with a viral weapon when Russian terrorists seize control and threaten to launch it at the United States. Dolph Lundgren is Hendricks, leading the counterattack below deck, while Meilani Paul joins him as Dr. Linda Christian, the scientist also trapped on board. What begins as an escort mission to return the weapon to secure storage becomes a fight to regain the submarine before the virus can be used.
