After a fatal accident aboard the International Space Station, astronaut Jo makes it back to Earth alive — and finds that parts of her life no longer match the one she left behind, including her young daughter. Noomi Rapace is Jo, moving between the aftermath of the disaster and the unnerving gaps in her own memory. As she pushes for answers, people tied to her family and the space program, including Jonathan Banks and James D'Arcy, draw her further into a mystery that connects her return to larger questions about what happened in orbit and what, exactly, has changed back on Earth.
