After five years away, billionaire heir Oliver Queen returns to Starling City carrying scars, secrets, and a list of names. By day he steps back into his family’s damaged business and strained relationships; by night he becomes a hooded vigilante, hunting the corrupt people who helped poison the city. As his private mission grows, street-level takedowns lead to larger conspiracies involving powerful families, criminal networks, and political cover-ups. Oliver has to hide what he is even from those closest to him, including his mother and former girlfriend, while allies and enemies close in. Stephen Amell leads a story that turns one man’s crusade into a widening fight over who controls the city.
