A middle-aged New York banker, worn down by a life that feels empty, is drawn into a secretive business that offers clients a complete rebirth. The Company fakes his death, reshapes his face through surgery, and installs him in a new identity with a fresh home, new habits, and the promise of starting over. As his second life begins, the fantasy quickly turns unstable. The people around him seem to know more than they should, the rules of his transformation keep tightening, and freedom starts to look like another form of control. Rock Hudson anchors a story about reinvention curdling into paranoia, as the banker realizes he may have traded one trap for another.
