Robot & Frank

ComedyCrimeDramaSci-Fi89 min

In the near future, Frank Langella is Frank, a retired cat burglar whose grown children worry he can no longer live alone. After his son Hunter (James Marsden) shows up with a humanoid caretaker programmed to improve Frank’s health and routine, the old man resists the machine at every turn. But between cleaned-up meals, daily supervision, and trips to the local library, Frank starts to form an uneasy bond with his new companion—and to revisit the skills he spent years perfecting. Susan Sarandon is the librarian who still catches Frank’s eye as domestic care turns into something much less ordinary.
