In a small police department, a tightly wound detective has to solve crimes while sharing the job with her brother, a fellow cop whose instincts and methods clash with hers at every turn. Their cases bring them into the same rooms, the same interviews, and the same arguments, turning routine investigations into family battles with badges. The pressure gets worse because their father is also involved in the department, so old grudges and sibling rivalry spill straight into the workplace. As each case forces them to work together, the series follows both the mystery at hand and the mess of trying to function as a family when nobody agrees on how justice should be done.
