Hanebado: The Badminton Play of Ayano Hanesaki!

AnimationAnimeDramaSport24 min per episode

Badminton prodigy Ayano Hanesaki starts her first year at Kanagawa Prefectural Kitakomachi High with the ability to beat almost anyone around her—and a strong reluctance to step on the court. That changes when she meets Nagisa Aragaki, a third-year player training nonstop to become Japan’s best, and their rivalry pushes the school club into sharper focus. Encouraged by coach Kentarou Tachibana and challenged by a growing field of opponents, Ayano is drawn back into a sport she’s been avoiding. With voices from Hitomi Ôwada and Miyuri Shimabukuro, the series centers on club competition, pressure, and fast, precise badminton matches.
