In Jharkhand’s Jamtara district, a group of small-town young men turn phone scams into a thriving business, stealing money through social engineering while staying one step ahead of the law. What begins as a local racket grows larger as more cash flows in, rivalries sharpen, and the operation draws the attention of police and politicians who want their cut or want it shut down.
