Inside Copenhagen’s Rigshospitalet, the neurosurgical ward runs on routine, rivalry, and a growing sense that something is badly wrong. Doctors chase status, patients wait for answers, and ordinary hospital problems keep colliding with events no one can explain: strange visions, uncanny sounds, and signs that the building itself may be holding onto the past. As staff members try to protect their reputations and make sense of what they’re seeing, each case pushes the hospital further into disorder. Between the medical conflicts and the supernatural intrusions, the series turns the ward into a maze of mystery, with a pair of dishwashers quietly tracking the chaos from below.
