Ricky Gervais: SuperNature

Comedy64 min

Ricky Gervais takes the stage at the London Palladium for a stand-up set built around taboo subjects, arguments about what comedy can and can’t say, and recurring riffs on his spoiled cats. Working in the blunt, pitch-black register that defines much of his stand-up, Gervais moves between rules, offense, and the absurdity he finds in everyday life and nature. The material is confrontational by design, with long stretches devoted to testing where a joke lands and who gets to draw the line. The focus stays on his delivery, his pacing, and the back-and-forth tension with a crowd waiting for the next turn.
