Counterterrorism agent Jack Bauer races to stop assassinations, bombings, and internal betrayals as a single day unfolds hour by hour. Kiefer Sutherland is Bauer, a CTU operative pulled between national-security emergencies and crises that hit much closer to home. Alongside him, Mary Lynn Rajskub and Dennis Haysbert are among the analysts, officials, and allies drawn into widening conspiracies, shifting loyalties, and retaliatory violence. Each season follows one day in real time, with digital clocks and split screens marking the pressure as multiple storylines collide.
