The Tale of Despereaux
ActionAdventureAnimationComedyFamilyFantasy100 min
In the faraway kingdom of Dor, Despereaux is an unusually brave mouse with oversized ears who dreams of being a knight. Matthew Broderick is the voice of the tiny hero, whose friendship with Princess Pea leads to banishment from Mouseworld and a journey into the castle’s darker corners. There he meets Dustin Hoffman’s Roscuro, a rat and fellow outcast whose path becomes tangled with his own. As the princess is put in danger and the kingdom falls further into gloom, Despereaux’s quest pulls together a lonely royal, a servant girl, and a mouse who refuses to be afraid.
