Emmanuelle IV
DramaRomance92 min
In Brazil, Sylvia flees her former lover Marc and turns to Dr. Santamo for a radical escape: he remakes her as Emmanuelle. The new identity opens the door to a more erotic life, but Marc's hold on her memory keeps drawing the past back into view. Mia Nygren leads the film at the center of that reinvention, with Sylvia Kristel and Patrick Bauchau among the key faces around her. Hypnosis and erotic intrigue run through the story as Sylvia's transformation becomes tangled with what she thought she'd left behind.
