After losing their corporate jobs, Charlie and Phil become stay-at-home dads and realize they can’t afford the upscale Chapman Academy for their kids. Eddie Murphy is Charlie, an ad executive whose setback turns into a new business idea when he and fellow father Phil (Jeff Garlin) open a daycare out of his home. The setup throws them into a chaotic routine of toddlers, exhausted parents, and trial-and-error caregiving, while Anjelica Huston’s Miss Harridan watches from the polished world of the competing school across town.
