During the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in India, three friends from different faiths join forces to get hundreds of people in their town to safety. Diljit Dosanjh is at the center of the rescue effort, with Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub and Kumud Mishra among the men trying to move families through streets turning dangerous by the hour. Against the backdrop of one of the country’s most violent upheavals, the film stays close to friendship, fear, and the urgent logistics of helping people survive.
