Ajith Kumar is Thookudurai, a village ruffian who’s also the man people rely on to settle local disputes. After years of distance from his wife, Nayanthara’s Niranjana, he tries to repair the marriage, only to find the effort tangled up with Gautham Veer (Jagapathi Babu), a powerful rival. Rooted in rural Tamil life, the story balances domestic strain with public confrontations, as Thookudurai’s standing in his hometown pulls family loyalties, tradition, and escalating action into the same fight.
