This Is It
Documentary111 min
Michael Jackson is at the center of this documentary, assembled from rehearsals, interviews, and backstage footage shot as he prepared for a sold-out run at London’s O2 Arena. Drawn from the months leading up to the concerts, the film stays close to the work itself: Jackson shaping arrangements, refining choreography, and building the show number by number. Collaborators including guitarist Orianthi and vocalist Judith Hill appear throughout as the production comes together around him, with cameras catching band run-throughs, stage planning, and performance rehearsals in Los Angeles.
