A reputedly haunted mansion in Seattle has a history of vanishings, deaths, and rooms that seem to change on their own. Convinced the house is alive, parapsychologist Dr. Joyce Reardon gathers a team of people with psychic abilities and brings them inside Rose Red to document what happens. What begins as an investigation turns into a confinement as the mansion stirs, hidden spaces open up, and each new manifestation makes it harder to tell whether the danger is coming from ghosts, the house itself, or the people trapped in it. Nancy Travis leads the group into a place where every discovery pulls them deeper into Rose Red’s violent past.
