Superman: Unbound

ActionAdventureAnimation75 min

When the cybernetic being Brainiac turns his attention toward Earth, Superman is pulled into a battle tied to Krypton and its surviving legacy. Matt Bomer is Superman, with Molly C. Quinn’s Supergirl joining him against an enemy who boasts the knowledge and strength of 10,000 worlds. Stana Katic’s Lois Lane stays on the story as it grows from a mystery in the sky into a global threat, and John Noble voices Brainiac with a cold, calculating edge. The film leans into sci-fi spectacle, pairing Metropolis action with a story about Krypton’s past and what still remains to be saved.
