Once Upon a Time in Venice
ActionAdventureComedyCrimeDramaMysteryThriller94 min
In Venice Beach, private eye Steve Ford is better with charm than fists and more devoted to his dog Buddy than to procedure. Bruce Willis’s Steve goes off-script when local thugs steal Buddy, pushing him into an uneasy deal with Spyder (Jason Momoa), a gang leader who wants his own missing cash and cocaine back. With his assistant (Thomas Middleditch) in tow, Steve moves through Venice’s low-level crooks and crossed wires while trying to get Buddy home.
