The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear

ComedyCrime85 min

Lieutenant Frank Drebin stumbles into a scheme to bury renewable-energy research when powerful industry figures target a scientist whose work threatens their business. Leslie Nielsen is Drebin, the straight-faced cop at the center of the chaos, with Priscilla Presley's Jane back in his orbit just as the case turns personal. George Kennedy's Captain Ed Hocken and O.J. Simpson's Nordberg round out the Police Squad side, while Richard Griffiths has a dual role tied to the missing scientist. The White House, kidnappings, and visual gags keep sending the investigation off the rails.
