Clear and Present Danger

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller141 min

Jack Ryan is pulled from analysis to power when he becomes acting Deputy Director of Intelligence, just as the murder of a businessman with ties to the president points the CIA toward Colombia’s drug cartels. Harrison Ford’s Ryan follows the paper trail through Washington while John Clark (Willem Dafoe), a former operative sent into the field, is drawn into a covert retaliation campaign. As official stories start to shift, Ryan is caught between political pressure at home, secret operations abroad, and a widening cover-up inside the intelligence world.
