Robin Hood
ActionAdventureDramaFantasyThriller116 min
Back from the Crusades, Robin of Loxley finds Nottingham under the grip of a ruthless Sheriff and his own place in England all but erased. Taron Egerton is Robin in this modernized retelling of the legend, joining forces with Jamie Foxx’s Little John, a war-hardened Moorish commander who trains him to fight from the shadows. As Robin builds a second identity among thieves and rebels, the story pits him against the Sheriff of Nottingham (Ben Mendelsohn), with Sherwood, the city streets, and the royal coffers all becoming part of the same rebellion.
