When a Stranger Calls

HorrorMysteryThriller97 min

Carol Kane is Jill Johnson, a student babysitter whose quiet evening in an empty house turns frightening when the phone begins to ring. The calls keep coming, growing more personal and more threatening, until police are forced to get involved and Charles Durning’s detective is pulled into the search for whoever is on the other end. What starts with one night of mounting dread widens into a stalking story built around isolation, intrusive voices, and the fear of danger already being close at hand.
