Thunder Force
ActionAdventureComedyFamilyFantasySci-Fi107 min
In a world where supervillains are an everyday problem, two estranged childhood best friends reconnect when one develops a treatment that can give ordinary people superpowers. Octavia Spencer is the scientist behind the formula, while Melissa McCarthy is the former friend who becomes her unlikely partner in protecting their city. Their reunion turns into an offbeat superhero team-up built around friendship, lab-made powers, and clashes with larger-than-life threats. Jason Bateman and Bobby Cannavale round out the chaos as the pair step into a city already crowded with dangerous, superpowered figures.
