Fahrenheit 451

DramaSci-FiThriller101 min

In an oppressive future where books are illegal and “firemen” burn them on sight, Michael B. Jordan is Montag, a rising enforcer whose job is to turn hidden libraries into ash. The state rewrites history and keeps the population numbed by nonstop media, while Montag works under Michael Shannon’s Captain Beatty, a feared superior who treats censorship as civic duty. As cracks begin to show in his loyalty, the film follows a man shaped by the system starting to question the work that keeps it in place.
