Chernobyl Diaries
HorrorMysteryThriller88 min
Six tourists looking to go off the beaten path hire an “extreme tour” guide and head into Pripyat, the abandoned Ukrainian city left empty after the Chernobyl disaster. Dimitri Diatchenko is the guide brushing off warnings as he leads them past rusting buildings and silent apartment blocks; Jesse McCartney and Olivia Taylor Dudley are among the travelers along for the detour. What starts as a forbidden day trip turns into a trap when their ride fails and night closes in, leaving the group stranded in the exclusion zone and forced to reckon with the fact that the city may not be as deserted as it looks.
