Parasite

ComedyDramaThriller133 min

After his son lands a tutoring job with a rich family, Ki-taek quietly helps the rest of his unemployed household work their way into the same home. Song Kang-ho is the weary father at the center of the Kim family’s scheme, while Lee Sun-kyun’s Mr. Park heads the sleek, insulated household they target. Directed by Bong Joon Ho, the film builds its class tension through cramped living spaces, household routines, and a series of careful impersonations. As the Kims install themselves one by one as indispensable help, the arrangement between the two families grows tighter — and much harder to control.
