Beetlejuice

ComedyFantasy92 min

After dying in a sudden accident, a quiet New England couple return to their home as ghosts and find an affluent New York family remaking the place to their taste. Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis are the bewildered newlyweds, whose attempts at haunting get nowhere until they call on Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a deranged “bio-exorcist” with plans of his own. With Catherine O’Hara among the new occupants, Tim Burton turns the house into a battleground of possession gags, afterlife bureaucracy, and gothic sight jokes, with the living and the dead colliding room by room.
