Kevin James is Griffin Keyes, a beloved Franklin Park Zoo caretaker who's far better with animals than with women, a problem that comes back into focus when his old flame Stephanie resurfaces after a failed proposal. To help Griffin win her back, the zoo's residents break their code of silence and reveal that they can talk. What follows is a courtship crash course taught animal-style, with gorillas, monkeys, and other zoo regulars pushing Griffin to act more like the alpha male they think Stephanie wants. Rosario Dawson and Leslie Bibb join James on the human side of the story.
