A disgraced FBI agent with a drinking problem checks into a remote detox clinic in the Wyoming wilderness, joining nine other troubled law enforcement officers trying to get sober and stay out of the field. Sylvester Stallone is the agent at the center of the lockdown, with Charles S. Dutton and Polly Walker among the faces inside the facility. When a snowstorm cuts the clinic off from the outside world, the retreat turns into a trap: someone in the building is killing patients and staff, and old cases, shaky nerves, and mutual suspicion start crowding every room.
