The Night Comes for Us
ActionAdventureCrimeThriller121 min
After sparing a young girl during a massacre, Joe Taslim is an elite Triad enforcer marked for death by the syndicate he once served. As waves of gangsters close in, the chase turns into a fight to keep the child alive while staying one step ahead of former allies. Iko Uwais enters as a rising gang prospect sent to finish the job, and Julie Estelle is among the killers waiting further down the line. Set in Indonesia’s criminal underworld, the film is built around close-quarters combat, knives, gunfire, and graphic violence as every escape route narrows.
