Zach has put art school on hold to work dead-end jobs and help his sister raise her son, carving out what time he can to paint and surf in California. Trevor Wright is Zach, whose routine of beach days and hanging out with his best friend Gabe shifts when Gabe’s older brother returns home for the summer. At home, his sister (Tina Holmes) depends on him, making it harder to ignore the responsibilities that have narrowed his world. As Zach grows closer to Gabe’s brother, an unexpected relationship begins to reshape how he sees his future.
