Roommates and best friends Lucy and Joe turn their love lives into a deadline: if neither has found a stable relationship within a month, they’ll jump off the Brooklyn Bridge. Sarah Jessica Parker is Lucy, a 29-year-old New York therapist thrown by another romantic collapse, while Joe (Eric Schaeffer) is fixated on a neighbor he hasn’t even met. As the pact starts to feel less like a joke, their search for partners pulls crushes, misfires, and awkward complications into the apartment, with Ben Stiller and Elle Macpherson among the faces circling their orbit.
