Menace II Society

CrimeDramaThriller97 min

Tyrin Turner is Caine Lawson, a young street hustler trying to carve out a future beyond the violence and pressure around him in the Watts and Crenshaw neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Every day pulls him deeper into the orbit of friends, family, gang ties, and fast money, even as he looks for some way out. Larenz Tate is woven into Caine’s world as one of the voices pushing and shaping his choices, while Jada Pinkett Smith enters as part of the life he might still reach. The story stays close to Caine as teenage bravado and street survival start to collide.
