Chris Evans is Nick Gant, a telekinetic drifter hiding in Hong Kong after his father's murder by Division, a covert agency running psychic warfare experiments. When Dakota Fanning's Cassie, a teenage clairvoyant, finds him with a warning about a missing girl and a stolen suitcase, Nick is pulled back into the fight he has been avoiding. As they gather other rogue psychics and try to stay ahead of Division, the hunt cuts through the city's underworld, with powers like mind control, second sight, and psychokinesis shaping every move before it happens.
