My Super Ex-Girlfriend

ComedyRomanceSci-Fi96 min

New York architect Matt Saunders thinks he’s found the perfect girlfriend until Jenny Johnson reveals she’s G-Girl, a superhero whose breakup revenge can level cars, scorch steel, and ruin a man’s day from the sky. Luke Wilson is Matt, a regular guy trying to disentangle himself from a disastrous romance, while Uma Thurman’s Jenny turns possessive fury into comic-book destruction. Anna Faris is Hannah, Matt’s co-worker and new love interest, which only gives Jenny another target. Ivan Reitman’s comedy keeps one foot in office-romance awkwardness and the other in superhero chaos, with flying, public humiliation, and a very uneven power balance after the split.
