Darkman needs cash to keep his synthetic-skin experiments going, so he steals a crate of money from drug lord Peter Rooker and ignites a new fight with the criminal underworld. Arnold Vosloo is the scarred scientist behind the Darkman persona, caught between his lab work and the violence that follows him. Opposite him, Jeff Fahey’s Rooker brings muscle, money, and a direct threat to Darkman’s plans. The story stays close to its central conflict: a desperate antihero, an unstable scientific process, and a crime boss who wants control of both the cash and the man who took it.
