Virginie Efira is Sylvie, a single mother raising two children on her own when an accident leads authorities to remove her youngest son from her care. Forced into a custody fight overnight, she tries to hold together her job, her home life, and the daily demands of parenting while dealing with social services. Félix Lefebvre and Arieh Worthalter are among the people around Sylvie as the case reshapes the balance of her family. The story stays close to the practical fallout of one incident and the strain it puts on a mother already living without much margin for error.
