Morning Glory

ComedyDramaRomance107 min

Becky Fuller is a driven young producer hired to revive a struggling morning show at a fading New York station. Rachel McAdams is Becky, throwing herself into the job and making a risky move: recruiting veteran newsman Mike Pomeroy to lift the ratings. Harrison Ford’s Mike has no patience for celebrity chatter or lifestyle segments, and his arrival sparks constant friction with the show’s longtime co-host Colleen Peck (Diane Keaton). As control-room crises pile up and the cameras keep rolling, Becky tries to hold together the broadcast, her staff, and a personal life that keeps slipping behind the job.
