Son of a Gun

ActionAdventureCrimeDramaThriller108 min

Locked up in an Australian prison, a young offender finds protection under a notorious criminal who expects repayment when the time comes. Once released, the older man pulls him into a high-stakes gold heist and deeper into a crew where loyalty is tested with every job. As police pressure builds and rival interests close in, the protégé has to learn the rules of organized crime fast or be crushed by them. Ewan McGregor and Brenton Thwaites anchor a story about mentorship that turns into control, with each score tightening the trap around a man trying to survive long enough to choose his own way.
