Upside Down

DramaFantasyRomanceSci-FiThriller109 min

Adam has spent years looking up at a second world hanging overhead: in this alternate universe, twin planets share a sky but not a gravity, and crossing between them is forbidden. Jim Sturgess is Adam, a young man from the poorer world below who once fell for Kirsten Dunst’s Eden, a girl from the wealthy world above. When he discovers she may still be alive, he tries to breach the corporate and political barriers separating their societies. The story turns its sci-fi premise into mirrored cities, upside-down skylines, and a romance shaped as much by class and border control as by physics.
